Product Description

Impeller: Closed, semi-open, or fully open impellers. For CZ series pumps, axial thrust is mainly balanced by back vanes or balance holes, with residual axial thrust supported by bearings.

Pump Cover: Forms a sealing chamber with the gland; standard chamber dimensions allow various seal types to be installed.

Shaft Seal: Depending on operating conditions, packing seal, single-end mechanical seal, double single-end mechanical seals, or tandem seals can be used.

Bearing: Lubricated with thin oil; oil level is controlled by a constant-level oil cup to ensure bearings operate under proper lubrication.

Shaft: Protected by a shaft sleeve to prevent direct contact with the medium, avoiding corrosion and extending shaft service life.

Rear-Pull Design: Allows maintenance without disconnecting pump inlet and outlet piping, making operation and servicing convenient.
