ZCQ Self-Priming Magnetic Drive Pump
The ZCQ self-priming magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as the self-priming pump) replaces dynamic seals with static seals, keeping all flow-through components completely sealed. This design completely eliminates the leakage problems—such as running, dripping, or seeping—commonly found in pumps with mechanical seals.
The CQB heavy-duty magnetic drive pump is a stainless steel magnetic pump that can be paired with an explosion-proof motor and customized with various stainless steel grades.
CQB Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive Pump
The CQB fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump (hereinafter referred to as the magnetic drive pump) is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic principles to achieve contactless, indirect drive using permanent magnets. When the motor drives the outer rotor assembly (outer magnetic rotor) to rotate, the magnetic field passes through the isolation sleeve and drives the inner rotor assembly (inner magnetic rotor) and impeller to rotate synchronously. The medium is completely enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, achieving leak-free pumping. This design completely eliminates shaft seal leakage common in mechanically driven pumps, making it a fully sealed, leak-free, and pollution-free new type of industrial pump.
Magnetic drive pumps replace dynamic seals with static seals, keeping all flow-through components completely sealed and fully eliminating leakage problems—such as running, dripping, or seeping—common in pumps with mechanical seals. Horizontal magnetic drive pumps are made from corrosion-resistant, high-strength materials such as engineering plastics, silicon carbide, and stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and ensuring that the conveyed medium remains uncontaminated.
