Seamless Steel Pipe

Carbon steel seamless pipes are produced through a process where solid billets are heated and pierced to create a hollow tube. The tube is then elongated and reduced in size by extrusion or rotary piercing, followed by cold drawing or pilgering. Finally, the pipes undergo heat treatment and surface finishing for desired strength, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality.

Welded Steel Pipe

Carbon steel welded pipes are produced by first forming a flat steel sheet or strip into a tube shape. The edges are then welded together using high-frequency or submerged arc welding methods. After welding, the pipes are cooled, heat-treated, and subjected to size and surface finishing processes like cutting, straightening, and testing to meet quality standards.
