Power plant ball valve features high temperature resistance, high pressure capability, reliable sealing, long service life, low leakage, safe operation, suitability for steam, water, and critical power generation systems.
Designed in accordance with ASME B16.34-2013. The valve stem is quenched, tempered, and nitrided, offering high-temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. The body cavity adopts a pressure self-sealing structure; higher internal pressure provides better sealing performance. The sealing surfaces of the seat and gate are overlaid or plasma-spray welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, providing high-temperature resistance and excellent wear and galling resistance.
Designed in accordance with ASME B16.34-2013. The valve stem is quenched, tempered, and nitrided, offering high-temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. The body cavity adopts a pressure self-sealing structure; higher internal pressure provides better sealing performance. The medium flow adopts a top-inlet, bottom-outlet design. The valve uses a double-disc structure, featuring low operating torque and easy opening and closing. The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and disc are overlaid or plasma-spray welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, providing excellent high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and anti-galling performance.
