End caps are manufactured by cutting a pipe to the desired length, then sealing one end to form a closed cap. The material is shaped using molding or pressing techniques. Afterward, the cap is welded (if required), heat-treated, and tested for strength. Finally, it undergoes surface finishing for smoothness and corrosion resistance.
