Lap Joint Flange

Lap joint flanges(LJ) are forged from a metal billet, heated and shaped into a solid disk. The edges are then machined to precise dimensions, and any necessary holes or bolt patterns are drilled. After forging, the flange undergoes heat treatment, pressure testing, and surface finishing to ensure strength, durability, and quality.
