Reducer

Reducers are made by either seamless or welded methods. For seamless reducers, a billet is heated, extruded, and drawn into the desired shape. For welded reducers, metal sheets are formed into the reducer shape, welded, and heat-treated. Both types are then machined, tested for pressure and strength, and undergo surface treatments to ensure quality and performance.
