Weld Neck Flange

Weld neck flanges(WN) are forged from a metal billet, heated and shaped into a flange with a long tapered neck. The neck is then precisely machined to fit the pipe. After forging, the flange undergoes heat treatment, pressure testing, and surface finishing to meet strength, durability, and dimensional standards for high-pressure applications.
