Y Strainer

The Y-type strainer is suitable for water, oil, and gas media. Generally, the screen mesh for water is 18–30 mesh, for gas 40–100 mesh, and for oil 100–480 mesh. It is typically installed at the inlet of pressure-reducing valves, relief valves, water level control valves, or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium and protect the valves and equipment for reliable operation.
