Nickel-based alloy pipes are produced by either seamless or welded methods. For seamless pipes, billets are heated and extruded into tube form. For welded pipes, nickel alloy sheets are formed into tubes, welded along the seam, and heat-treated. Both types are then annealed, pickled, and undergo quality tests for strength and corrosion resistance.
Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel Pipe
High-temperature corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipes are made by melting and alloying high-quality materials, followed by hot forming into pipes. The pipes are then cold worked, annealed, and pickled to remove scale. Finally, they undergo heat treatment and testing to ensure resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature performance in harsh environments.
